Megan Merz is the business development coordinator for Cypress Design & Build. She graduated from California State University of Monterey Bay (CSUMB) with a Human Communications degree, bringing her expertise and a listening ear to help assist with any customers wants or desires. After working her way up through the service and hospitality industries, she wanted to engage more with people and finding help them find things they love! Megan is very active in her community by attending chamber events  and being part of the Professional Women’s Network of the Monterey Peninsula (PWN) as the 2021 Membership Chair.
