				What Our Customers Say
We had them replace an old 6' bathroom vanity so we could have a higher cabinet and more storage. The vanity is very high quality construction and the alder wood color is beautiful. The countertop matches the wood very well. They were very efficient and got the job done quickly. We were very pleased with the quality of the work.

We used Cypress Design & Build for a built in desk and cabinetry work - they did a fabulous job.  Fred, our Project Design Manager, was incredibly helpful and had great some great ideas for our design.  Luis, our installer, was top notch and really took pride in his work.  We plan on using them again for a project in our laundry room next year and we highly recommend this local company if you are looking for additional cabinetry in your home!

Thank you again                I spoke with Ray on the phone about remodeling my bathroom and a few other upgrades around the house.  He was very helpful and answered all of my questions.  The impression I got from talking to him was that his staff was available and interested in taking on my project.
He sent an intake email to me and three other members of his staff asking me to restate the services I was requesting. I replied to that within a day or two. After not hearing anything for two weeks, I followed up. It's been a month since I originally talked to Ray, and I haven't heard anything back from Francisco, Fred, or Shacara.
Obviously my business is not important to them. If they are too busy and Ray would have told me that from the beginning, or any of them would have let me know, I would have just gone elsewhere. Inviting me to detail my needs as if you're going to help me then ignoring two requests for help is just bad business to me.
I will be taking my business elsewhere and recommend you do the same.

                    Hello Mr. Wall, we were surprised to hear your experience with Cypress and that no one had reached back out to you regarding your project. We investigated the matter as it is abnormal to hear because our staff always strives to be responsive and respectful to all our clients. We do show the original phone call to Ray, (we are happy to hear he was helpful and pleasant) At that time Francisco created an Intake in the Construction System. Per Rays' email, you were going to respond with all the work that you wanted us to assist you with. When we reached out to those you mentioned Shacara/ Francisco neither had received that email nor the other follow-up emails you mentioned. We did locate the emails in (unfortunately!) the Junk Folder on those email accounts. In the future should you not hear back from us immediately the first time, Please Call in. We're sorry the emails were not received on our end; we wish you the best with your project!                Fred, our designer provided us with some great ideas. We had both the box store and cypress provided us designs. I was surprised and elated what Cypress quoted. What a plus that They were able to install professionally. Again thank you Fred. Great experience

                    Thank you for the review, Paul! We really appreciate the feedback                We originally planned fully custom cabinets for our new home, but thought to check out Cypress Cabinets before making a final decision.  We are so glad we did!  The design team at Cypress were stellar (Fred!), cabinets are beautiful and customized completely to our needs.  Delivery dates were honored to the day, and follow-up service was spectacular.  Our cabinets throughout the house are noted and complimented as our friends visit our new home for the first time, without exception.  We love you, Cypress Cabinets!
In a nutshell: If you live in a new house where everything is straight and if you know how to install everything yourself, use cypress cabinets. Otherwise, don’t. They use good material but they are poor at communicating with the customer, measuring and making sure installation goes smoothly.
Now for the whole story: once we chose our kitchen cabinets, we asked about installation and were told we would be emailed installers quotes. Never received any. (Responding to emails is not cypress cabinet’s forte) When I called a few weeks later about it I was told message would be passed along, not to worry, they would help us figure out installation. Nothing happened. No response to emails. Kitchen was delivered in boxes that filled our little house within expected time frame. And then, that was it. As soon as we paid the balance check (never pay until you open everything and check that nothing is missing... because something or things were missing for us) we did not hear from any installer... and were told that all installers were too busy (!?!) etc...
List of our frustrations:
- we were stuck with our beautiful unpacked cabinets for almost a week
- Turns out when we opened that : one shelf was missing, two cabinets did not fit right (we live in an historic home and I understand measuring can be tricky... I would expect those guys to be pro at stuff like that), and one whole (beautiful) cabinet of tiny shelves could not fit in at all. Could not be installed.
- When you order expensive top quality cabinets with glass panes, you might expect the glass to be included but it was not. Now we have to order the glass separately.
- a couple cabinets opened the wrong way. We will have to figure out how to change that.
A very expensive and stressful experience.

Great products and designer! Love my new kitchen and highly recommend anyone who is looking to remodel to use Cypress Cabinets!
